[A band member of one my clients was disheartened by the numbers his posts were getting. This is what I wrote to him...]
Don't pay attention to the numbers. I know, it's impossible. Even I look. But they are really just a distraction. The only reason they exist is to help feed the slot machine / general-gambling addictive aspects of social media.
It would be like me judging the quality of your songs based on the number of Grammy Awards they receive.
The social media systems are... well... dumb. They measure clicks and such because those are easy to measure.
I once asked my client John "Papa" Gros how he evaluated my work. He said, "After we started working together, people started coming up to me after shows and talking about things we had posted. They did not click on the posts. They did not comment on the posts. But they were reading them and remembering them."
Your insights are great. And my instinct is that, even if they do not get big numbers, they resonate with genuine fans, people who will buy your next album and pay to see you in concert.
