Colin Devlin of The Devlins (clients): We had great support from our parents. Our father was a veterinary surgeon (in Ireland). In his surgery, he had a huge map of America. For every show that we played in the United States, he would put a red pin in the city. After about a year, he called and said, “I can't fit any more pins on the map! I've got about 20 in Chicago. Maybe I can fit a couple more in Boston. But we need a bigger map.”
