Colin Devlin of The Devlins (clients): You hear it a lot from songwriters… there is a feeling of satisfaction when you write what you think is a great song. I feel like I have to write. It can be very cathartic. It's something that you don't really think about, but you are working through emotions.
Our parents both passed away in the last three years. So, there are elements of those emotions in the songs that we create.
Also having young children and looking at the world through their eyes… it's a whole different set of emotions which you could not really access before.
